Market Analysis
First of all, we analyse the availability of Candidates working in your field:
- Are they interested in changing job?
- If yes, then what motivates them?
- What are their expectations (including the expected salary) regarding a new job?
- When they can start working for their new company?
Together with the Client we create a list of companies and positions which should be analysed. We also analyse the profile of Candidates who are interested in changing jobs:
- Experience and competences
- Current duties
- Scope of responsibilities
- Successes and failures at the current position
During the analysis we gain information about the organizational structure in Candidate’s current company:
- Who is he reporting to?
- How many people is reporting to him?
- How is his department structured?
Within 3 to 6 weeks (depending on the complexity and the size of the analysed group) you will receive a report with detailed analysis and conclusions.
